Alexander McQueen for Target

Here is the preview for Alexander McQueen's collection for Target. This is so exciting! The clothes look adorable and the prices will be so reasonable. The collection will be available at Target March 1st. I'm counting down the days!

I am IN LOVE with this dress. The draping is gorgeous and the geometric print will fit in with the spring trends very well.

This is a really cool t-shirt, but unfortunately it does not fit with my schools dress code. Too bad...

What a great trench coat! I have yet to own one, so I'll try and snag one of these.

This is a really cool tank top. I could definitely see myself get a lot of use out of this in the summer. Also, the shorts are great too.

This is my favorite look so far. The blazer has an interesting fit, which I love, and the tailored pants are very chic. I like that they're cropped, it gives the outfit a unique look. I'm going through a slight nude phase right now, and that button up shirt would be perfect!

I'm unsure about how flattering this romper would be on my figure, but I'm loving it on the model. I'll definitely have to try it on. Again, the cropped pants are great.

I could probably live without the white dress, but the leather vest is superb! It's a perfect way to bring the biker jacket look into the spring and summer.

Another great jacket.

It's a little hard to see from the picture what the whole garment looks like, but I'm intrigued by the sheer wrap. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

This top is absolutely adorable. Again, I'll have to wait and see how flattering it will be, but I love the color.

This is the perfect spring dress. (And it fits my schools dress code) It's also a perfect dress for and hourglass figure like mine.

I would also like to say happy birthday to Azriel!

Joseph Font Fall Haute Couture

I know it's not so recent, but I stumbled across pictures of this Joseph Font runway show and I fell in love. I found the clothes to be completely amazing. I thought that the colorful floral prints used with the flowy tops and dresses was fantastic, as well as the rose mohawks. I seriously need to find a pair of these tights.

Oh and also, I landed a counselor job for the summer! Now, not only will I be kept busy during the entire summer, but I'll be getting paid!

Jason Wu

In honor of the inauguration yesterday, I thought it would be fitting to feature Jason Wu, the designer of Michelle Obama's gown which she wore to the inaugural ball. Jason Wu was also one of the designers featured at the ICA's fashion event which I wrote about a little while back.

The silhouettes are fantastic, and I love the color palette. The colors are wonderfully rich and vibrant, and very unique. Wearing one of Wu's gowns would definitely make someone stand out. Good choice Michelle!
